Grind

Grind is a versatile class, where there is a dance that everyone loves or grows to love. Classes are structured with warm-up songs that encourage you to move around the floor from left to right. Next, the class is turned up a notch with high-energy songs that will get you sweating to some of the most popular hip-hops song while targeting both your upper and lower body. Classes tend to end with slower songs to bring down our heart rates and a full-body stretch as a group. Come and dance it out in this twerkout-workout!

Dance Choreo

Dance Choreo is a choreography based dance fitness class. Learn a new combo each week, challenging both your mind and your body. No dance background necessary! This class is a great way to get some cardio in while having fun and learning some new moves.

Cycle

Cycle is a high-energy indoor cycling class that combines cardio and strength training. Each class is set to an energizing playlist that will keep you motivated and engaged throughout the workout. The class is designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels, with instructors providing modifications and options for different resistance levels. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to indoor cycling, it is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness and build strength in your legs and core.

Each cycle instructor brings their own unique style and energy to the class, so you can expect a different experience each time you attend! Some instructors focus more on intervals and heavy hills, while others may incorporate more choreography and riding to the beat of the music. No matter who is teaching, you can expect a fun and challenging workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized!
